Ms. Lucas was born in Port Hueneme, California. She attended the University of Alabama where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies in 1974. Ms. Lucas then attended Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, obtaining her Juris Doctor degree in 1983. Ms. Lucas became a member of the Florida Bar in 1983 and the Tennessee bar in 1984. She practiced in Memphis and Nashville, Tennessee from 1984 until 2003 when she moved to Sarasota.
Ms. Lucas is a member of the Florida Bar, the Tennessee Bar, Sarasota County Bar Association, and the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Sarasota section.
Ms. Lucas is licensed to practice law in all state courts within the State of Florida and within the State of Tennessee, and is also admitted before the U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Courts, Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida as well as the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of Tennessee.

Mr. Luzier is a native Sarasotan. He attended Emory University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1988. Mr. Luzier received his Juris Doctorate from the Cumberland School of Law in 1991.
Mr. Luzier was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1991, and is a member of the Sarasota County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Luzier’s civic affiliations include membership on the Board of Directors of the Greater Sarasota Area Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Trustees of the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, and the 2009 Super Bowl Host Committee Board of Directors. Mr. Luzier is a graduate of Leadership Florida, and is a member of the WUSF Partners Board.

Ms. McMahon was born in Grand Haven Michigan. She has undergraduate degrees from the University of Michigan and Antioch College.
Ms. McMahon attended the University of Toledo College of Law and she graduated from Wayne State University College of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree in 1979. She is a member of Phi Alpha Delta and served as Vice Justice, Coke Chapter, 1977 - 1978. She was also a member of the University of Toledo Law Review from 1977 - 1978 and authored "Eliminating Diversity Jurisdiction: A Short-Term Solution to a Long-Term Problem", 9 University Toledo Law Review 869 (1978.)
Ms. McMahon created a two volume publication, Michigan Probate Sourcebook: Statutes, Rules and Forms for Estate Administration, for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education. She also edited Michigan Independent Probate and How to Probate an Estate Under $600,000.
Ms. McMahon was admitted to practice in Florida in 1981. She is Board Certified in Wills, Trust & Estates (Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization & Education.) Ms. McMahon is also licensed to practice in Michigan, Colorado, and before the U.S. District Court; E.D. Michigan and U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Florida Bar (Member and Vice Chair, Continuing Legal Education Committee, 1985 - 1995, and member of the Wills, Trusts & Estates Certification Committee, 1999 - 2002.)
Ms. McMahon is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar. She is also a member of the Southwest Florida Estate Planning Council.

Mr. Mitchell was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1970. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1967 from Amherst College.
Mr. Mitchell then attended Northwestern University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in 1970. He is a member of the Sarasota County and American Bar Associations, The Florida Bar (Former Member, Continuing Legal Education Committee; Member and Former Chair, Workers Compensation Section.)
Among his numerous civic affiliations and achievements, Mr. Mitchell is a past member of the boards of directors and board president of Planned Parenthood of Southwest Florida, Inc., Plymouth Harbor Retirement Center, Sarasota Jaycees, the Southwest Florida Amhurst Alumni Association, and the Southgate Homeowners' Association. Mr. Mitchell has served continuously since 1971 as the Secretary of the Endowment Fund for First Congregational UCC.

Mr. Moran was born in Ft. Wolters, Texas. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Southern College in 1982 and practiced as a CPA before entering Law School.
Mr. Moran attended Stetson University College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in 1987. He then attended the University of Florida College of Law, where he obtained his L.L.M. in taxation in 1988.
Mr. Moran is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the Florida and United States Tax Courts. He is a member of the Tax Section and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.
He is a member of the Sarasota County Bar Association and the American Bar Association, as well as the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Moran is honored to serve as a director of the Catholic Community Foundation of Southwest Florida.

Ms. Reinicke was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1987. She is a Board Certified Real Estate Attorney. Ms. Reinicke is a member of the Sarasota County Bar Association.

Mr. Savary attended Georgia State University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1989 and then attended the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude in 1996.
While in law school, Mr. Savary was a member of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review, 1996. He was also an Adjunct Professor at the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law during 1998. He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1997 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1999.
Mr. Savary is licensed to practice law in all state courts in Michigan, Florida and the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. He is a member of the Sarasota County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
